I’m looking any advice or insight on laptops from other brands that are similiar to the Lenovo Idea Pad Pro 5 (rtx 5050) version that had similar a “do it all” performance like the Lenovo IdeaPad Pro 5 without breaking the wallet. For exmample decent battery life, game perforamnce, somewhat lightweight, good display/bright display and budgety (preferably under 1500)! Thank you very much.

Hmm interesting question, maybe search for a lenovo legion 5 , the only other option I see could be the Gigabyte aero.
I think newer and better iGPUs have killed off the segment of “regular laptop with a GPU”, first going after the GeForce MX series and now these regular devices packing low power 50-class cards (thinkof the Vivobook Pros and Inspiron Pluses), newer Intel X chips sort of made them less relevant.
I have the 2022 IdeaPad 5 Pro AMD. There is a new IdeaPad 5i Pro with Panther Lake, but I havent seen reviews out yet and it seems super expensive for what used to be a $1K+ laptop category.
Another option is the Gigabyte Aero X16. I think it’s still on last years model so no Panther Lake and it runs AMD anyways, but its on sale at Best Buy still. CPU is fine but nothing special if I remember right, GPU is stronger than the IdeaPad, I dont remember the battery life but Josh reviewed it and its on the site somewhere. The one gripe I had with it was the port placement; I really like how the IdeaPad ports are on the side back towards the hinge, but the Gigabyte has extra ventilation for the GPU and pushes the ports forward. Kind of a minor thing. But that one might tick all your boxes.
