I was wondering if you guys think it’s worth it to wait for the tandem oled MacBook pros. I plan on using this as a college all purpose laptop. Movies, school work, studies, editing and everything. My other option is the zephyrus g16 specifically the 5070ti version. Is it worth waiting for the brighter 2026 version and how much brighter will it be. Like in terms of sustained and peak brightness. Will I be able to really notice it. The plus with the zephyrus is being able to play whatever games I want with fantastic performance. How much do you guys expect these to cost when they release.
Given that new MacBook Pros just came out and don’t have a Tandem OLED, you’ll be waiting a very long time. I wouldn’t wait to buy a laptop like the Zephyrus G16. prices are going up. I’d buy now if you can. Its a great laptop btw

Probably max 3000. You guys don’t think the changes are noticeable enough to wait? School is starting in August/ September so I was thinking I buy an iPad and attach it to a keyboard to do all my work until the new MacBook drops in the fall. I was gonna want an iPad anyway. k
