Finding the perfict Laptop

What’s the best laptop for programming and Cybersecurity , gaming, and a little content creation .
For that I need at least 32GB of RAM and up to 1 or 2 terabytes of memory. If the laptop has the ability to increase RAM and memory, that would be better so that the price decreases.
I would also like it to be portable and has a battery that lasts for half a day? Most importantly, it should be around $1000.
I also want you to give me the best option with the same specifications or the same request, but for $500.
Ideally, the graphics card should be a 4050 or 5060, or an equivalent from other graphics cards.

I haven’t been able to choose one, so can you help me find the best deal currently available? Even if it’s a laptop from last year ?

(I know it’s an impossible task, but I’d like the closest and most complete option, along with some advice and insights from you and your experience)

I considered the Lenovo Legion 5i and Lenovo LOQ 5. The Asus TUF 16, and I think an Intel Core Ultra 7-356 HX processor would be great.

I worked as a penetration tester for a full years, the things that were most important to me were RAM because I ran so many scanning apps at once. The GPU was a little bonus for occasional hash cracking if needed, but that’s easy enough to do in the cloud these days.

Out of your options I’d lean towards the Legion 5 simply because it looks like a more professional machine, and if you take it to a client site, it won’t come off as a toy :slight_smile:
