I need a laptop that can handle multiple estimating programs at the same time or at least running in the background. (Bluebeam, CCCOne, Mitchell est, Adjustrite). In addition to that internet searches, word, and pdfs will be open as well. I need it to be snappy.

$1000-$1500 Is what im aiming for.
Macbook air M4. With 24+ GB RAM for snappy operation and multi-tasking (Personal recommendation).
Windows options would be any laptop with newer arrow lake CPU or AMD AI CPU with 32 GB of 6000+ MT/sec LPDDR5 RAM. Look into the Lenovo yoga pro 7, ASUS zenbook S14. Choose whichever you are comfortable with.

Me personally would go for the Macbook Air but if you prefer to use Windows I would choose the Zenbook 14.

Thanks for that I should have stated all the programs I will be running require windows unfortunately. I had gotten so overwhelmed with trying to find a laptop its way too many lol and the features and specs are so confusing.
