Budget solid laptop for medium usage

I need some advice, I’m on a tight budget, looking to buy a laptop, coming from a Lenovo IdeaPad 320s 8gb ram, I’m looking for a upgrade, and it doesn’t need to be anything Crazy.

I do a lot of coding with AI, not that I run the AI locally, but when I need stuff to get done I prefer speed and it sounds like 16gb of RAM is good, the thing is that I don’t really understand the different kind of processers and what’s good etc.

People are telling me to switch to Apple but I’m a very big android user and I’m used to windows, some even say to run windows on a Mac but that sounds kinda unnecessary…

Any insight would be incredible

Up to $550 no more then $600

I will wait for a Lunar Lake laptop to go on sale, like an HP Omnibook or an Acer Aspire, which is the best performance u can get for the price.
