Zenbook s16 or zenbook 14(2025)

I have been searching for a while and watched alot of videos, and considering where I live and how expensive laptops are I decided between the zenbook s16 or the zenbook 14(2025). I am used to working on a pc ( so i am used to a bigger screens).

I am traveling to study and its been a while since I used a laptop, I decided on the zenbook 14 but some family and friends recommended getting a bigger screen laptop, and idk if its really worth the price difference.

The models I am looking at currently:

Zenbook 14 Laptop : 14-Inch 3K (2880x1800) Display, Core Ultra 9-285H Processor/32GB RAM DDR4/1TB SSD/ = 1420 USD

Zenbook 14 OLED Laptop : 14-Inch FHD Touchscreen Display, Core Ultra 9 285H Series 2 Processor/32GB RAM/1TB SSD = 1077usd

Zenbook S 16 OLED AI Laptop : 16inch 3K OLED display 2880x1800, AMD Ryzen AlI R9-HX370 Processor/32GB RAM/2TB SSD = 1670Usd

I was going with the zenbook 14 FHD screen and 60fps, but I had second thought so I thought why not ask here. I am mainly using it to study(thin and light for travel), make presentations, write reports, and view xrays, Maybe some photo editing if needed.

Hi,

If you prefer a big screen then surely go for a 16 inch laptop. But you say you need that laptop for everyday travel. A 14 inch laptop would be better at Portability. But if you really like big screens then 16 inch is the way to go.

Your tasks are very light and not demanding at all. Do you game? or will you run any high performing tasks?

If I have to choose among the zenbook’s you have mentioned then I will choose the zenbook 14 OLED that does not have the 3k display that costs around 1077 USD. Unless you want a high resolution screen.

You can also consider Lenovo laptops like the yoga or the IdeaPad series, or a macbook AIR like the M4 (great battery life).

Hi thanks for the input.

I do game, but I am stepping away little by little from it, and the only high performance task I might run are opening 15+ tabs on chrome and xray software which i dont think is high performance either way.

I dont really have much knowledge on screen types and resolution, I had the inspiron 15-5577 like 7 years ago and I hated that screen, I just hope its not like that.

As for lenovo yoga for some reason its way more expensive and ideapad compared to the zenbook price wise not worth here.

Thanks i am leaning more to the one u suggested zenbook 14.

The Zenbook at $1077 seems like a great deal , I would totally go for that one
