Where are the Strix Halo laptops? (Ryzen AI MAX processors)

You would think Strix Halo would be perfect for thin-and-light / business/student centered laptops, and yet there are only two out there so far (ASUS Flow Z13 and HP g1a) which are obscenely expensive. Why aren’t there more of these laptops out in the wild? I would be perfectly happy with the iGPU performance, even in a lower RAM spec to gain on portability and battery life.

I’m personally holding out for a portable school laptop for CAD. That means a very good processor, 32+ GB of ram, and a decent GPU all with good battery life.

If I heard correctly the AI MAX chips need redesign of whole laptop structure, so most manifacturers dont go for them.

second this, I still cant believe you can give the Strix Halo up to 24GB vRAM
