idk why no one else other than Crimson Tech even noticed at Asus’s CES booth, but we’re finally getting Strix Halo in a budget laptop!
It seems like it will have the 392, which has a 12 core CPU (compared to the 395’s 16 core CPU), but still has the legendary 8060s iGPU
That’s great, more competition in this space is always better.
wait a minute, Josh said on the Asus vid that the US will be getting Strix Halo, while other regions will get a refresh with RTX 5060
But will other regions also get the Strix Halo version? That’s kinda the version I want 
IDK why Asus seems to be the only big OEM doing AMD Strix Halo (apart from a prohibitely expensive HP EilteBook model). But it’s quite nice!
Kind of a shame that the TUF A14 didn’t get any chassis update this year (it could’ve been the lightest gaming laptop ever if it had OLED, since they’re lighter than IPS)
But hey cant complain too much, finally Strix Halo!
