What are the thoughts on using Microsoft Store trade-in program

I have a SurfaceBook3 15ā€ purchased in February 2021. My experience has been disappointing with this computer. It was the most I have paid for a laptop and it was replaced 3 times by Microsoft. The model is no longer supported.

I need to purchase a reliable computer that I can use for school and starting my business. Iā€™m currently enrolled in a computer science course I need to catch up on my homework! :roll_eyes:
