If you’re planning to buy a laptop for school, don’t forget that several states are currently offering sales tax holidays on qualifying purchases.
Ending today or this weekend:
- Arkansas (Aug. 1–2)
- New Mexico (Jul. 31–Aug. 2)
- Tennessee (Jul. 31–Aug. 2)
- West Virginia (Jul. 31–Aug. 3 – ends today)
Coming up:
- Missouri (Aug. 7–9)
- South Carolina (Aug. 7–9)
- Virginia (Aug. 7–9)
- Massachusetts (Aug. 8–9)
Florida’s tax holiday also runs through August 20.
