I want a laptop that has good to great performance, is under $2k, Windows, good battery off-charge, OLED screen, and is of decent (to preferably pretty good) portability. My primary use cases are using web AI (such as ChatGPT), streaming YT/movies/TV shows, browsing the web, doing light schoolwork, and MAYBE some light gaming once in a while (pretty light; dGPU definitely isn’t necessary).
But any laptop with a lunar lake chip or wait for the panther lake chip to release. Go for a ThinkPad X9 or a ThinkPad X1 carbon or a Asus zenbook S14.
You could wait for the Panther Lake release tbh it’s just around the corner.
