So I decided that I will get Legion 5(rtx 5060) in this December but I’m not sure whether i7 or Ryzen is better.
I heard that i7 performs better than Ryzen but can cause thermal throttling while Ryzen has a better power efficient and thermal than i7.
What do you suggest?

If you are doing video editing, Intel’s Quick Sync is still very good. Other than that i’d get the Ryzen one me personally
If you can’t think of a reason to need the cores, AMD is probably the go. If you actually want CPU power you want one of the arrow lake chips (255/275hx) because the efficiency makes a big difference in a laptop.
