I’m running a high-end SCAR 18 (2025) with factory liquid metal.
I’m not looking to over-maintain, but I also don’t want to neglect it.
For owners with 2+ years on LM laptops:
what maintenance actually mattered, and what was unnecessary?
Additional Usage context, the laptop is used primarily for creative work (music/audio production with long CPU-heavy sessions), with occasional gaming. Casual daily work as well. I may explore video editing / 3D work later, but gaming isn’t the main use.
Also, for routine fan/dust cleaning on LM laptops are there any specific do’s/don’ts or good guides to follow?
I’m assuming basic compressed air is fine, but I want to avoid bad habits (free-spinning fans, forcing dust deeper, etc.).
